1. Your Vehicle and Tent
   • Please inform us about what you will be bringing: tent, motorhome, bus, or caravan, as well as the total length and width (including awning or tent porch and drawbar).
   • Maximum length for caravans, tents, or motorhomes that we can accept: 6.5 meters (in summer)
   • Note: If information about your vehicle or tent is missing, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
     
     
2. Booking Conditions and Preferences
   • We do not assign specific pitches, but offer a comparable pitch in the booked category.
   • You can specify specific wishes such as a sunny or shaded spot; we will try our best to fulfill these.
   • If you have wishes outside of the available categories, please use the inquiry form.
     
     
3. Important Information on Payment and Cancellation:
   • To confirm your booking, payment is required within 24 hours.
   • Free cancellation up to one month before arrival is possible.
