About Us – Camping Dachstein & Pension Gsenger

Camping Dachstein and Pension Gsenger are a small-scale family business in Ramsau am Dachstein, in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein region in Austria.

We welcome our guests personally and live on the premises ourselves. This means we are nearby for questions, tips, and assistance during your stay.

Our campsite and guesthouse are situated right next to each other on a sunny plateau with mountain views. We cater to guests who enjoy being in nature and want to actively explore the area in both summer and winter.

Not a large-scale resort, but a personal place where we hope you feel welcome.

Hostess Inge Sterenberg

Inge Sterenberg ist the hostess of Camping Dachstein and pension Gsenger. Sie ensures daily personal contact with the guests and is available for questins , reservations and practical tips during the stay. 

With extensive knowledge of the Schladming-Dachstein region, she is happy to help you plan hikes, excursions, and activities in both summer and winter.

Her goal is for guests to feel welcome and at ease from the very first moment.

Host Niels Hopman

Niels Hopman is the host of Camping Dachstein and Pension Gsenger and is responsible for the maintenance of the campsite and the practical organization on the grounds.

He knows the area inside out and is happy to help guests with information about hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, and other activities in the region.

Together with Inge, he ensures that your stay at the campsite and the guesthouse runs smoothly and in a relaxed manner.
