Take the A10, Tauernautobahn, until exit Eben. Now follow the signs for Filzmoos and further on for Ramsau. You will arrive in Ramsau Mühlebnerweg via the Hachau-Landesstraße, which is also well maintained in winter. Filzmoos – Ramsau Mühlebnerweg is about 8 km. You will find a sign and the turn for the Campingground on the right hand side of the road. The road turns sharply right. With caravans it is better to drive further on to the Dachsteinroad. Turn there and come back. Some maps says that the road from Eben to Ramsau is not allowed for caravans. That is not correct it is allowed and a nice road to take with caravans.
Alternatively:
Drive to the exit Altenmarkt (just after exit Eben), then take the B320 towards Graz until Schladming, from there drive up to Ramsau Kulm, follow the signs for Ramsau Hierzegg via Ramsau Ort and Ramsau Schildlehen.
Coming via Graz or Nurnberg-Passau:
Leave the A9 at the exit Liezen, then take the B320 to Schladming. Drive up to Ramsau, via Kulm, Ort and Schildlehen to Ramsau Mühlebnerweg.
